Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 large head iceberg lettuce rinsed, dried, and chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen green peas thawed
  • 10 oz shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower

Dressing

  • cups Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside.
  • Assemble the salad: In a large glass dish or bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, red onion, peas, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped cauliflower, and crumbled bacon.
  • Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and white sugar until smooth.
  • Add dressing to salad: Drizzle the dressing over the layered salad.
  • Chill and serve: Refrigerate the salad until chilled before serving.

  • Storage: Keep covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours for the best texture. Any longer and the lettuce may wilt.
